ActiveXperts SMS Messaging Server is an ActiveX component (i.e. an SDK), and provides SMS and MMS messaging functionality. With this Toolkit, you can send and receive SMS messages via: a GSM phone or modem, an SMPP compliant SMSC provider or HTTP compliant SMSC provider.
